HOW TO USE

DIGESTION: Help eliminate indigestion, bloating, pain and irritation from gas, food poisoning and stomach ailments. This product can also help prevent hangovers. Mix the contents of 2-3 charcoal capsules in a glass of water or beverage to take. You may take the capsules without opening them as well. Always drink lots of extra water to flush out the toxins released.

SKIN REJUVENATION AND FACE MASKS: Mix the contents of 2-3 charcoal capsules with honey and RAW apple cider vinegar. Another option is to mix with rose water, aloe vera gel and some pure oil. Apply the mixture as a mask for your skin or hair. It is ideal for helping treat eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, hives, rashes, etc.

CLEAN THE MOUTH AND WHITEN THE TEETH: Keep your mouth and teeth healthy, clean, and bright. Empty the contents of a charcoal capsule into water to rinse with it, or mix the charcoal with your toothpaste to brush with it. You can also just dip your toothbrush into the powder.

POULTICES: Use our activated charcoal as a natural remedy to soothe burns, bug bites, and other wounds.
