CEO and Co-founder of CAR.O.L. Her educational background is microbiology, but instead has spent all of her professional career in advertising and management consultancy in the UK and the U.S. She was McKinsey & Company's first entrepreneur-in-residence in Silicon Valley. She joined her CAR.O.L Co-Founder Ulrich Dempfle in healthcare ventures before they founded CAR.O.L - a venture close to her heart, as a mother of two, homemaker and full-time entrepreneur she had no time for exercise but recognised the importance.
