Phillip Wilson

Phillip Wilson, after getting an honors degree in mathematics had an out of the body experience, which connected him very deeply to the inner essence of who he is.  This pressured him to get very involved in holistic health, fasting, herbs, movement, yoga, breathing, meditation, contemplation, and so much more.   He became very sensitive to the subtle emotional and mental energies, and the energetics of the body.  Since 1976, Phil has been promoting cutting edge health products and massage tools and energy products to health food stores and health professionals as well as to the public at his health food store in Columbus, Ohio, which he opened in 1980.  Since 2001, Phil has been using Far infrared Saunas pretty much daily, and has developed experiential wisdom from this use.  He has also read widely about the many benefits of Far infrared Saunas.  Phil also spent 5 years in graduate school at Ohio State University, studying the history and philosophy of mathematics, creativity, perception and much more.  He has given dozens of talks over the last 50 years on topics of uncovering freedom within yourself, the changing body chemistry, and more recently on the incredible spiritual, purification,  and healing benefits of using Far infrared Saunas.
