Sophie Teixeira de Abreu

Sophie Teixeira de Abreu is a French Nutri-Chef, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and entrepreneur based in Miami. She started her career in the luxury cosmetic industry but pivoted towards inner beauty after being diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. As such, Sophie was determined to heal naturally through food and lifestyle changes. Today, Sophie is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), one of the world’s most respected nutrition and health coaching schools. She is also completing her certification as an executive chef at the Mariano Moreno Culinary Institute in Miami. Instead of following the latest fad diet, Sophie promotes a plant-rich, nutrient-dense diet to support hormonal balance, digestion and metabolism. Flavors, textures, and aromas also play a pivotal role in her approach, in alignment with the savior of her native France.
