Lowering EMF Exposure, Increasing Vitality

Juraj Kocar, CEO at Somavedic, The Ultimate EMF mitigation device, shared valuable information and actual steps that we can take on a daily basis to mitigate EMF radiation and increase vitality.

EMF stands for electromagnetic frequencies or electromagnetic radiation. So here we can see the whole spectrum of the electro the whole electromagnetic spectrum that we have in the universe on the picture in the middle, you can see how tiny the visible spectrum is and whatever is on the right and the left side it's not visible to our eyes so 

There are two main categories for radiation. It's ionizing and non-ionizing. Ionizing is dangerous radiation because it can split the atoms. For example, x-rays radioactive elements are used in atomic bombs and nuclear plants, and non-ionizing radiation is considered safe. Still, as we keep discussing it, we’ll figure out that it’s not safe.

All the appliances that we use every day and that are making our life easier and comfortable are the actual sources of EMFs in our home. The most apparent source of the EMF at home or in the office is your cell phone, laptop, tablets, and Wi-Fi routers. When you open your computer or a smartphone, you can see approximately from 10 to 30 WI-FIs and, unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do about that. 

Microwave oven is also one device that not many people are aware of. It exposes radiation, and Juraj doesn't recommend using it to prepare or heat the food because it will basically destroy its nutrients. The thermal radiation during the microwave work interacts with the charged particles in the food and our brain through vibration, causing injury. 

The wireless headphones are not good in terms of the signal they are emitting. The signal goes directly throughout your brain. The same applies to fitness trackers. If you can’t stop using them, try to use them only when necessary and for short periods.

One of the studies on the current levels of EMFs compared to the natural background radiation on the earth’s surface to which life has adapted came to the conclusion that EMF from the technologies contributes to increased sickness rates.

“Some countries accept this danger and go forward to mitigate the impact of EMF. For example, Austria and Belgium launched to lower the exposure limits outdoors to 1 millionth of today's levels and indoors 1 10 million, which is huge loads of degrees in the levels of EMF. Those countries are definitely aware of risks.” Juraj said. “There are cities that have banned Wi-Fi for schools. This is just one small step towards lowering the EMF radiation, at least in public buildings.”

EMFs are changing our brainwave patterns, so it's not only affecting our sleep, which is the most common thing, but also our thinking, wherein we have headaches and brain fog. Delayed brain function and it's causing cardiac stress when we are in the heavenly polluted EMF environment. We have increased heart rate as if we would be in a stressful situation.

Moreover, EMF affects our fertility. For men, it can cause the reduction of sperm movement, so it makes it hard and sometimes impossible to fertilize the egg and therefore have a kid. For women, a lot of research has focused on the harmful effects of EMFs on the granulosa cells of the oocytes. Epidemiological studies on congenital disabilities and miscarriages showed that EMFs could negatively impact the reproductive system of people.

What can we do to lower the EMF exposure? Juraj shared a list of habits that you should implement in your daily routines:

  1. Use a loudspeaker during a call; 

  2. Don’t put your smartphone in your pocket (use fly mode);

  3. Don’t bring your smartphone, laptop, smartwatch to the bedroom (use fly mode);

  4. Use cable internet when possible;

  5. Turn off Wi-Fi during the night;

  6. No Bluetooth headphones, keyboards, baby monitors, etc.;

  7. Use EMF shielding pads/ covers for laptops and mobile phones.

Juraj also recommended taking a cold shower every day to boost your energy and resilience. Try grounding, which is one of the easiest things, and it costs nothing. You need approximately 1 to 20 minutes - go barefoot, step on the grass. Every time you step on the ground, all negative charges from your body go down to the ground. Grounding has excellent results on reducing inflammation and regeneration. Additionally, biohacking supplements can be of help. For example, magnesium helps to decrease oxidative stress due to sustained EMF exposure.

On top of everything Juraj mentioned, he recommends using Somavedi, a subtle frequency therapy device that creates a big coherent field that is positively affecting our cells.
