Q: What drew you to the field of biohacking, how do you understand Biohacking? What is your input in this industry, and what do you find most rewarding about your work?

A: I always liked the idea that we have power over our genetic potential, that we can measure and manage our health and wellness to achieve high levels of vitality for longer. I looked for the right Mindset, alternative approaches, and a complete system which addresses each tissue and cell in our body simultaneously instead of treating something specifically or managing symptoms.

I believe that Biohacking or Holistic Wellness takes under account the Spiritual, Psychological, Emotional, and Physical aspects of the human condition. We should support all pillars for longevity, customize our wellness protocol according to our Metabolic fingerprint, and apply it on a daily basis, as well as retest for tracking results.

The big part of Biohacking is innovative technologies and solutions, and my previous experience in Health Tech and BioTech so it always was my passion. Now I am happy that at BiohackingCongress we collaborate with the most advanced Health companies. I like to stay updated on the latest innovations in this industry and learn from top experts on Health Optimization and Longevity.

Having an opportunity to promote Biohacking and teach people through our BiohackingCongress event and platform is great pleasure, and it would not be possible without our Team and Partners.

Joining the BiohackingCongress team allowed me to not only introduce more people to biohacking, but also provide them with useful information through our content. Biohacking is a vast field of knowledge that can be difficult to learn on your own. Through our resources such as our congresses, blog, and social media, we aim to help people gain a deeper understanding of their health, what their bodies are capable of, and how to extend their longevity.
