Journey Through Self Transformation

“How do you sense the intention? What is your intention for today? The intention is the number one part of this journey. If you don't know where you're going, connect to a subtle breath. I want to give you three hints. Number one is always breathing. Slow subtle breathing the recipe is five and a half seconds on inhaling five and a half seconds on exhaling. The second thing is being aware of your full body presence, not just your mind. Be fully in your body. Biohacking your body.  And the third one is to sense the stillness and silence underneath the noise, whatever you're in the busiest areas in the world you can always be there, within you not that fight or flight, not that beta thinking mind, that stillness silent through it all.”

“I'm a former professional athlete, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker born in the winter of 1991 in the Czech Republic. I have raced on every Continent as a professional cyclist. It was during that time that I started my first business selling carbon bicycle parts via an online store called Pavel’s Vision.

I grew up with a shaman since the age of five. My mother made us train our energy about spirituality and this is Czech,  25 plus years ago. And essentially this was weird right, it wasn't accepted as it's becoming today. and so I kind of put it on the back burner but yet still kept on using it throughout. 

An unforgivingly grueling training schedule nevertheless resulted in a series of disappointing results, leaving me with a life-threatening case of the Epstein-Barr virus. Forced to withdraw from the competitive cycling circuit and needing an alternate avenue into which I could channel my psychic energy, I embarked on a soul-searching quest that carried me across the globe. On a ten-day darkened retreat in Thailand, during which time I had no food nor internet access and only limited human contact, I concluded that my purpose in life was to move people through music. It was there in an environment of sensory deprivation insofar as modern civilization was concerned, yet surrounded by raw nature, that I had his epiphany.”

“When I say "me" it's individual consciousness. It's thinking about yourself as your body, as your mind, as your spirit, and as your emotions. You will realize that a lot of people are awakening in today's world. Somebody else around you they're starting to notice that "my body needs better food",  "my body needs to be better",  and so really working out around your physicality is key to that initial journey. Emotions are that aspect of us that we tend to forget about how powerful and amazing they are. Whatever it's crying, whatever it's joy,  they're all the language of our soul, of the spirit, the unseen that is within us.  But how do we make emotions work for us? Biohacking your mind.  The second aspect of this is the "we" the collective consciousness so once people realize and start working on themselves right in this self-transformation they start realizing hey other things impact the world there are other people in my life that have been impacting me and the best way to start with it is your human connections are your human connections fueling you do you have five relationships that are literally sending you forward or are they sending you backward. Then the "be" is the supra consciousness. The universe was created 13.5 billion years ago. We got here on not our own terms. We came here and everything has already been established for us,  and so when you look at the "be" it's to be to do and to have. Most people in this world live the opposite. They have to have the right partners, they have to have the right body, they have to have the right work before they take action. Most of the time they never become it so being here this is that unknown, unseen but the most powerful part of all of us.”

- PRAYER. Practicing divine communion, cultivating a personal relationship with UFI Infinite Love and Intelligence
- POSITIVE MIND. Practicing clear, intentional, and positive thinking, creating your preferred reality through mind mastery and the manifestation

- TEMPLE BODY. Treating your body with care and nurturing higher energy and purposeful, fun, movement
