Post-Release: BiohackingCongress in Austin

The BiohackingCongress held in Austin on February 4-5, 2023, was a transformative and life-changing event that brought together wellness enthusiasts, industry experts, and health entrepreneurs under one roof. The event's main focus was on scientific knowledge and optimization strategies that help build a strong foundation for good health. 

With over 30 speakers and 25 wellness companies present in the expo zone, participants had the opportunity to network with like-minded people, make new friends, and learn from the best experts in the wellness industry.

The host of the BiohackingCongress, Scott Shortmeyer, a Functional Health Coach, Podcast Host, and Endurance Athlete, set the tone for the event with an opening speech that highlighted the importance of optimizing health through scientific methods and adopting a personalized approach to wellness

Day One: Unlocking the Secrets of Optimal Health

The first day of the BiohackingCongress started with a lecture by Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling, Founder & CEO at Leela Quantum Tech, on how quantum energy healing can make a difference in one's health. The lecture was followed by a presentation from Rob Besner, PSc.D, CEO, and Chief Science Officer of Therasage, who spoke about the importance of harnessing the intelligence of nature and ancestral wisdom for optimal health and performance.

Kashif Khan, CEO of The DNA Company, shared his knowledge on unlocking one's mental superpower, and Dr. Nathan S. Bryan, a Nitric Oxide Biochemist & Physiologist, spoke about the role of nitric oxide in maintaining optimal health and longevity. 

The day's highlight was a panel discussion moderated by Frank Elaridi, where the speakers discussed the mechanics of potential biological age reversal. The panelists included Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling, Rob Besner, Dr. Nathan S. Bryan, Kashif Khan, and Dita Curgus, who shared their views on the latest research and developments in the field of anti-aging.

The day continued with sessions on System Reset by Pavel Stuchlik and Danielle Kling and a keynote speech by Dr. Lauren Leiva, DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy, fitness nutrition specialist, Yoga, and sound healer, who shared her expertise on holistic healing. John Baxter, CEO of Baxter Biohealth dba Anti-Aging Bed, discussed the importance of healing at home, and practiced Tai Chi moving, while Brian Richards, Founder of SaunaSpace, spoke about infinite ascendence and the benefits of fire.

Dr. Jeffrey D Gross, Stem Cell Whisperer at ReCELLebrate, discussed cartilage regeneration of the spine and joints, then Christian Drapeau, MSc. Neurophysiology, CEO of Kalyagen, spoke about tapping into the power of one's stem cells. Dr. Patrick Porter, Ph.D., Founder & Chief BrainTap Officer, shared his insights on premature aging and reversing the process.

The day ended with a panel discussion moderated by Mollie Eastman (McGlocklin), where John Baxter, Brian Richards, Christian Drapeau, and Kate Wagner discussed technologies and solutions for longevity.

Day Two: Exploring the Future of Wellness

BiohackingCongress in Austin wrapped up its second day with another lineup of speakers, each presenting their unique perspectives on the topic. The day started with a lecture by Garrett Salpeter, the Founder and CEO of NeuFit, who shared insights on how to hack pain and injury with the nervous system. This was followed with a talk by Victor Sagalovsky, the Co-Founder and CEO of Litewater Scientific, who shared knowledge about the water of rejuvenation and how it can be used as a metabolic strategy for longevity.

Elizabeth Gaines, a functional health expert, took the stage next to deliver a lecture on how to evaluate the effectiveness of biohacks. Don Moxley, the Director of Applied Science and Brand Development at Longevity Labs, then presented on the thought-provoking topic of "Performance, Longevity, and Cannabis, are you Stoned?”

A panel discussion on the best solutions for health optimization moderated by Ella Davar followed, featuring Don Moxley, Aaron Alexander, Dr. Lauren Leiva, and Pavel Stuchlik, all of whom shared their insights on the topic.

The second half of the day began with a performance by Aaron Alexander, who showed the audience moving to optimize physical being. Phillip Wilson, the Founder of Relax Far Infrared Saunas and Lamps, gave a lecture on the benefits of far infrared saunas, while Clayton Thomas, the CEO and Founder of The ROOT Brands, spoke about how to create greatness within oneself.

Dr. Michael Ruscio, a practicing doctor, clinical researcher, and best-selling author, then shared his insights on foolproof ways to biohack gut health, through a Q&A session. The day continued with a lecture by Pavel Stuchlik, the Founder of NOA|AON and managing partner of Conscious Spaces, who spoke about the importance of frequency and how it impacts our overall health.

The conference ended with a panel discussion moderated by Faraz Khan, featuring Sophie Teixeira de Abreu, Misha Hyman, Stefanos Sifandos, and Adam Sud. They discussed how to biohack your mood and health with your food, providing the audience with practical tips and strategies for optimizing their nutrition and overall well-being.

BiohackingCongress Expo Zone: Health and Wellness Innovations

The BiohackingCongress Expo Zone in Austin on February 4-5, 2023, featured 25 selected companies showcasing their latest innovations in health, ecological products, and digital health technologies. These companies, ranging from startups to established businesses, offered a glimpse into the future of health and wellness, with cutting-edge products and services designed to help individuals optimize their physical and mental well-being.

Leela Quantum Tech, for example, presented its groundbreaking technology that can imprint pure quantum energy into any object, including humans, animals, and plants. The company's focus on promoting balance, harmony, and wellness in the body and mind through quantum energy is a step forward in the health and wellness industry.
